This passenger did not expect anything from the budget airline and were expecting a non-refund.. But was surprise that their appeal to fly on another date was approve.. and this passenger does really appreciate all the efforts put in by Jetstar Asia.. This shows that the more you demand and expect, the more disappointed you will be.. Sometime if you were lower down your expectation on others, you will get plenty of surprises.. :-)
Flying on budget airline can be a bliss too....
